What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance . Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

Using your expertise as a Scrum Master , you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services .

In addition, you will: * Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the DCD Agile Software Development Process * Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices * Work closely with the Requirements Engineer to review requirements from customers * Assist development team to define and maintain Work in Progress and Sprint task limits * Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize new features/enhancements to be add into DCD projects * Assist development team to make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members' progress, and protecting the team from distractions * Plan and organize demos and product/system testing * Facilitate planning sessions to defining the Epics, Feature, and Backlog items as well as the estimated level of effort estimates for development * Facilitate Sprint planning sessions and provide oversight and guidance to define the tasks to include in each Sprint * Monitor and track project progress and performance against agreed upon project plans * Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions * Other duties as assigned What experience, training, and education do I need? You must meet the minimum requirements: * Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and able to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination * 5 years experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements to create applications to deploy to Microsoft SharePoint (both out-of-the-box and with custom coded) and to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Microsoft .NET Framework * 3 years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures * 5 years of experience with the SDLC and Agileprocesses.
