Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Continental Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma background preferred. Medical/Surgical background acceptable and welcomed.

Unit Details: Patient ratios: 1:5 RN days and nights, when possible, max 1:6. Patient-free charge nurse; PCT support for approximately 10-11 patients. Uses some lifts for mobility, chest tubes, Hemavac drains, wound vacs, JP drains, PCA, and Foley. Typical procedures include drain removal and PICC line placements with the infusion team.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
