We are currently seeking an experienced Closing Paralegal – Lot Acquisition to join our Real Estate team in our Columbia, SC office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling lot acquisition real estate transactions, with a strong understanding of the closing process from contract to post-closing. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program and/or a bachelor's degree is preferred. A current South Carolina Notary Public commission is required.
