Become a Key Player as a Program Manager 3

You will lead program execution for large enterprise web initiatives, driving SEO and international web delivery to meet business objectives. You will partner with product, engineering, and regional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality projects on schedule. This is an Onsite role in New York, NY for a fixed-term engagement (May–Nov 2026).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Proactively drive program execution, managing scope, timeline, and resources with minimal guidance
  • Develop detailed cross-team project and program plans that account for requirements, constraints, and resources
  • Coordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetings
  • Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program information for extended teams and leadership
  • Lead change control, perform risk management, and resolve project-specific issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Product Managers to build roadmaps and clarify requirements
  • Assist Engineering Managers with resource assessment and release planning
  • Engage with regional teams for international deployment of capabilities and content
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience, preferably with large enterprise web projects
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and project management methodologies and demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and web content management systems (experience with AEM is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki tools
  • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills
