Job description

Role: Lead Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC(3 Days hybrid)

Duration: Contract Opportunity

Experience: 8+ years

Interview: face to face

Skills:  Python, LangGraph/LangChain, Agentic Al Solution Development, Knowledge and grounding (RAG)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize robust Java-based backend services for AI-driven applications. 
  • Integrate and work with Generative AI models and APIs to enable intelligent features such as text generation, summarization, and other NLP tasks. 
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to implement AI/ML models into production environments. 
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration across platforms. 
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and security in AI-related backend solutions. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices. 
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards. 
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, and backend technologies to continually enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Java development (Java 8+), associated frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
