Job description

We are looking for an experienced Next.js Technical Lead with strong expertise in Next.js App Router, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and server-side technologies to lead a high-priority web implementation project. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, design scalable architectures, optimize application performance, and enable development teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise web applications using Next.js App Router and AEM.
  • Design scalable rendering strategies, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
  • Configure, secure, and optimize production hosting environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop server-side architecture and APIs while enabling React developers to build UI components independently.
  • Implement caching strategies, CORS policies, and automated cache invalidation to improve application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing web solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous performance optimization.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js App Router.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration and development.
  • Expertise in Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and server-side application architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web development practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and production infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of caching strategies, CORS, cache invalidation, and web performance optimization.
