CVS Health is building a world-class analytics organization within the Enterprise Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE). We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to help advance our data products, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision-making across Procurement.

This individual contributor role will own the design, development, and optimization of procurement analytics solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across sourcing, category management, technology, and leadership teams to deliver scalable data products, actionable insights, and self-service reporting capabilities that drive business value.

What You'll DoData Product Development & Ownership
  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data products that support procurement leadership and business partners
  • Develop scalable, analytics-ready data sources and reporting solutions that are accurate, performant, and sustainable
  • Manage data products throughout their lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancement
  • Support Tableau Server administration, governance, and reporting best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing analytics solutions based on business needs and user feedback
Analytics & Insight Delivery
  • Perform analysis across procurement functions including spend, sourcing, supplier performance, contracts, and accounts payable
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics by helping stakeholders leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Evaluate opportunities to apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve business outcomes
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with procurement leaders and cross-functional teams to understand priorities and develop impactful analytics solutions
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualization
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Influence adoption of analytics tools and best practices across a highly matrixed organization
Required Qualifications
  • Located in Hartford or Woonsocket area to be onsite 2 days a week.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
  • Advanced Tableau skills, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameter-driven dashboards, and Tableau Server administration
  • SSQL skills with experience querying and optimizing large datasets in cloud-based environments
  • Experience independently owning analytics solutions from development through delivery
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse technologies
  • Excellent data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive adoption without direct management authority
  • Experience with Python, R, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniques
  • Experience with Alteryx, Dataiku, Tableau Prep, or similar data preparation tools
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and business applications
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, or related enterprise systems
  • Procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or finance experience preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
