Job Summary
Provides services using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) with clients with autism spectrum disorder or other special needs. Conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized behavior intervention plans, implements interventions, and monitors client progress toward goals.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill assessments to determine individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention for individuals with ASD.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and ABA principles.
  • Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians, family caregivers, and other stakeholders implementing intervention plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and track data on target behaviors and intervention outcomes, using insights to modify strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment details.
  • Work with interdisciplinary team members and family caregivers to develop and ensure consistent treatment plans.
  • Support QAPI initiatives by reviewing treatment fidelity and Behavior Technician documentation.
  • Adhere to BACB ethical standards and relevant regulations while promoting a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), psychology, special education, or related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst, where required by state law.
  • Experience conducting a variety of ABA therapy assessments.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile insured in accordance with Agency and state requirements.
  • Current CPR certification.
