Summary
The Contracts Administrator supports Cotton's Contract Management team by reviewing documents, assisting with contract preparation and routing, and maintaining accurate records within the contract management system. This is an entry-level professional role ideal for a recent graduate who possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic legal term knowledge, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. The position requires the ability to follow established procedures, provide responsive service to internal and external clients, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Major Responsibilities 
  • Review contract documents and identify key information in accordance with established procedures
  • Prepare and route contracts through Cotton's electronic signature platform for approval and execution
  • Communicate with internal and external clients to provide support, clarify information, and ensure timely processing of documents
  • Conduct research as needed to support contract review or client inquiries
  • Enter and maintain accurate and detailed records within the contract management database
  • Follow documented processes and contribute to consistent application of contract workflow standards
  • Assist the Contracts team with general administrative and contract-related tasks as assigned
Background Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification required.
Education:
  • Entry level position
  • 1-3 years' work experience
