Data Scientist

Contract To Hire

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid โ€“ 3 days onsite)

Contract: 6โ€“12 Month SOW-to-Hire

We're looking for a Data Scientist to join a leading manufacturing organization, developing machine learning solutions that drive supply chain optimization, predictive analytics, and AI-powered automation.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models supporting manufacturing and supply chain initiatives.
  • Build classification models using Random Forest, KNN, and Decision Trees.
  • Support the full ML lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Develop AI/ML solutions in Databricks and leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI-driven automation.


What We're Looking For

  • 3โ€“5 years of Data Science or Machine Learning experience.
  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, Scikit-Learn, and Optuna.
  • Hands-on experience building classification models.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development and agent governance.
  • Experience with Databricks, ML Ops, and Unity Catalog.
  • Background in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred.
