TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our client in Duke, OK
 
Looking for an opportunity where you can combine logistics, organization, and hands-on site coordination? TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support equipment receiving, inventory tracking, reporting, and day-to-day site operations for a growing industrial organization. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, comfortable using Excel, and enjoys a position that combines computer-based responsibilities with working in an active industrial environment.

  • Location: Duke, Ok | Fully On-Site
  • Pay: $20-25/hr. Dependent on Experience 
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am -3:00pm  
  • 5-month Contract
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate with site and logistics teams to support equipment receiving, storage, organization, and tracking throughout the site
  • Monitor incoming equipment and container deliveries and verify that scheduled equipment has arrived
  • Inspect incoming equipment to ensure it has been received in good condition
  • Photograph incoming equipment and document any visible damage, discrepancies, or concerns
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to accurately track equipment received, delivery status, storage locations, and equipment movement
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files for reports, photographs, delivery records, and other documentation
  • Communicate equipment, delivery, storage, or condition concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with email correspondence, document preparation, filing, data entry, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Support additional logistics, office, and site coordination needs as they arise
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous logistics, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, construction-site, manufacturing, or similar experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Excel macros is a plus but not required; training can be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and equipment records
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep tracking information current
  • Comfortable communicating with employees, vendors, contractors, delivery personnel, and site teams
  • Energetic, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the equipment receiving and tracking process
  • Comfortable working in both an office and active industrial/project-site environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot temperatures
  • Ability to walk through equipment receiving, storage, staging, and laydown areas
  • Ability to follow all required site safety and PPE requirements; required PPE will be provided
