  • Practical experience operating and configuring RF anechoic chambers, including far-field, near-field (spherical, planar, cylindrical), and compact antenna test ranges (CATR)
  • Demonstrated capability to translate high-level system requirements into structured, executable RF test plans and resource schedules
  • Experience authoring rigorous, step-by-step test procedures that comply with aerospace, defense, or commercial standards (e.g., IEEE, military standards)

  • Proven ability to lead testing activities with minimal guidance, troubleshoot complex measurement setups, and mentor junior technical staff

Desired Skills
  • Mastery of RF system calibration techniques, including Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) calibrations (SOLT, TRL), chamber path loss characterization, reference antenna substitution methods, and measurement uncertainty analysis
  • Proficiency in utilizing automated test software (e.g., Orbit/FR, NSI-MI, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz) and writing or modifying scripts (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW) to collect, parse, and analyze massive RF datasets
