Job description

Description

Help shape the agreements that support our organization.

Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Contract Analyst to join our team. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to take an important role in reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts while working closely with executive leadership and Corporate Counsel.  This position is required to be on-site.

What You'll Do

As our Contract Analyst, you will help ensure our agreements are fair, appropriate, compliant, and aligned with the organization's needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review, revise, and negotiate professional contracts and related documentation to identify and minimize risk and liability.
  • Analyze and summarize key contract terms and issues while ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Assist with drafting and revising provider employment agreements.
  • Maintain and organize the organization's legal agreements and monitor important renewal and termination deadlines.
  • Prepare contract correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and related documentation.
  • Track and report the status of contract negotiations.
  • Manage contracts throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Board Members, and Corporate Counsel as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Serve as the organization's Privacy Officer.
  • Attend meetings and assist with other duties as assigned.
Why This Role Matters

This isn't simply a paperwork position. Your work will directly support the organization's business operations, providers, leadership, and long-term goals. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with key decision-makers and play an important role in managing the agreements that help keep our organization moving forward.

If you are an experienced contract professional who enjoys solving problems, protecting organizational interests, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
