Job description

In this role, you will work on an Agile delivery team implementing Radiant Logic (full-stack – VDS, ICS, and FID ) in a federal organization. You will use your subject matter expertise to architect a performant Radiant Logic solution to both replace a legacy solution and support brand-new identity governance and administration (IGA) and privileged access management (PAM) implementations. You will maintain close stakeholder relationships and work side-by-side with managers of IAM program workstreams. You will ensure consistent, quality delivery by guiding your team through difficulties and removing external hindrances. Additionally, you will help support CI/CD within Gitlab by creating pipelines and updating configuration to deploy instances of Radiant Logic and supporting systems.

Role Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with your team and across IAM workstreams to architect a Radiant Logic solution to address existing requirements and scale to meet new requirements.

• Directly support Radiant Logic technical development and implementation

• Build and support Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and assist repository management.

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for your team and review deliverables to ensure quality.

• Educate about and advocate industry standard best practices.

• Stay current with new technologies and products related to Radiant Logic and make recommendations for their use.

• US Citizen (Dual Citizens accepted if they have an active clearance)

• Active Secret Clearance Required

• Possession of Security+ or equivalent

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.

At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Radiant logic.

At least 2 years of experience with Gitlab and CI/CD.

Comprehensive knowledge of:

• Radiant Logic’s role in a cohesive IAM program

• Implementing Radiant Logic to support IGA and PAM solutions.

• Radiant Logic functions and implementation principles, including custom connectors .

Thorough knowledge of:

• Agile development methodologies

• Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)

• Structured Query Language (SQL)

• Active Directory

• GitLab

• Best practice CI/CD

General knowledge of:

• IAM's place in a zero-trust security architecture

• DevOps

• At least one major cloud service provider (CSP): AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Working knowledge of at least two of the following:

• System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)

• Representational State Transfer (REST) API's

• Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) API’s

• Java programming language

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of a Radiant Logic certification

• Possession of an advanced, industry-standard cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP, ISACA CISM

• Experience working in or with the US federal government.
