Sr Java Developer - Reading PA - Contract to HIRE - Penske - Onsite - 4 roles Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Angular (18+), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, JSE, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices,Kafka and/or RabbitMQ, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, AWS, Devops

JD: The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise, familiarity with frontend frameworks, and experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Spring MVC and Spring Boot. Develop and consume RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and third-party services. Collaborate with frontend developers working with Angular to implement user interfaces. Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases for efficient data management. Implement solutions using NoSQL databases such as MongoDB (preferred). Implement batch processing solutions using Spring Batch. Understand and implement Kafka for basic messaging and event-driven architecture. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch. Experience in building and consuming REST APIs. Basic knowledge of Angular. Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and Oracle databases. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred). Basic understanding of Kafka for messaging.
