Java Technical Lead

Richmond, VA 5 days onsite

Need candidates within 30 minutes drive.

18 months contract


Must have STATE/FEDERAL client experience in past.


Skills Required

12+ years of experience in Java development.

Strong Understanding of making Rest API calls.

Able to integrate with and managing APIs exposing Microservices (REST, SOAP) including development and support of Java/JavaScript services.

Good understanding in Java Spring Boot and Web services, Message Oriented, API Gateway (RESTful API).

Strong understanding MYSQL and Oracle databases. Strong troubleshooting skills.

Ability to individually drive a root cause analysis process.

Experience in handling development & analysis of Camunda, JBoss Fuse, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka, IBM MQ code bases.

Good communication skill (verbal/written).

Knowledge on DevOps Tools, Jenkins, Docker, Tomcat configuration, Kubernetes.

Knowledge on Agile / Agile Craft.
