We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Cloud Solutions Analyst to support enterprise-wide AI modernization initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable AI and cloud-based solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
AI & Cloud Solution Delivery
  • Design, configure, deploy, and support AI solutions within Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
  • Assist with the implementation and integration of enterprise AI applications and cloud-hosted workloads.
  • Support intelligent automation initiatives and AI proof-of-concept projects.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards and governance requirements.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into practical technical solutions.
  • Evaluate AI use cases and conduct feasibility assessments.
  • Produce recommendations that align technology capabilities with organizational needs.
Governance & Compliance
  • Support AI governance and intake processes.
  • Evaluate proposed AI solutions for risk, transparency, security, and business value.
  • Ensure solutions comply with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to responsible AI practices and enterprise governance initiatives.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, and business units.
  • Track project tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular status updates and technical guidance to stakeholders.
  • Support successful project execution from discovery through implementation.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and operational procedures.

  • Maintain accurate project and system documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in IT, cloud technologies, systems administration, or solution delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience implementing or supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and governance concepts.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, AI solution assessments, or intelligent automation projects.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies.
  • Experience using tools such as Vision, Lucid chart, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
