  • Provide team leadership, including overseeing and mentoring junior designers
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Participate in design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
  • Serve as a technical resource with strong knowledge of codes, detailing, contracts, and project management
  • Manage client relationships and, as needed, contribute to fee estimates, proposals, and contracts
  • Oversee FF&E specification, procurement, budgeting, and coordination
  • Support a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture

What You Bring

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong workplace design thinking and execution
  • High proficiency in Revit
  • Rendering experience (Enscape preferred)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing and managing budgets
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide project team members
  • Self-directed, proactive, and solutions-oriented work style

Strongly Preferred
  • Workplace project experience
  • A demonstrated commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive team environment
