Job description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the AFLOAT WORKFORCE (N12A2) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), Virtual/Augmented Reality (VR/AR), and maritime simulation systems.
  • Experience translating operational training requirements into technical specifications for Performance Work Statements (PWS) for both traditional instruction and digital deliverables.
  • Experience presenting and developing briefings and/or technical information papers to higher-level management, as it pertains to classroom and instructor evaluations.
  • Experience supervising contract instructors, performing evaluations on contract instructors, and ensuring adherence to instructional standards.
  • Experience analyzing policies and procedures to identify any problems or inefficiencies within the policies and/or procedures and implementing a solution.
