You may work independently or collaborate with other instructors and administrators, depending on the program or organization. While some positions involve a set teaching schedule, others may require flexibility with hours or deliver content remotely. In addition to teaching, Contract Instructors frequently update curriculum materials and respond to student questions. This dynamic role requires balancing instructional responsibilities with ongoing communication and preparation to ensure educational objectives are met.
