Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Contract Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for owning service contract renewals and working directly with the customer, inside team members, and service vendors to ensure service contract renewals are executed accurately and on-time from start to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teams

• Assist business units with identifying and quoting power service and OEM service contract renewals

• Maintain expertise of the baseline processes pertaining to Service Contract Management.

- Baseline processes to include, but not limited to, using tools to generate pricing, renewal documents, related work orders, vendor orders, invoices, service certificates, etc.

• Work to ensure renewals are quoted in a proactive manner (beginning 30-90 days prior to expiration; can vary according to vendor)

• Schedule all internal and external work orders for PM service

• Ensure all contract billings are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner for monthly revenue recognition and invoicing

• Process all contract termination/credit requests for accounts in a timely manner as warrants

• Handle all incoming/outgoing field questions/issues from Customers, Sales, Inside Teams and technicians

• Partner closely with other divisions to ensure information company systems is updated accurately

• Monitor daily reports to ensure all customer contracts are updated in a timely manner

• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 2+ years business/customer service experience

• Intermediate computer skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to resolve and address issues as they arise

• Excellent written/verbal communications skills and attention to detail

• Pre-employment background/drug screening

Job Type: Full-time / $48,000 - $50,000
