Our company is a leading construction firm specializing in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage various ICI construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project designs meet client requirements and industry standards
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals
- Resolve conflicts and address performance issues as they arise
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and control project expenses, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns
- Prepare and review cost estimates, change orders, and invoices
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project costs
- Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and meets project specifications
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
