Job Summary

We are looking for a high-output B2B Business Developer to own and grow BOXABL's direct enterprise and developer sales channel. This person will identify, qualify, and close large-scale purchase agreements with real estate developers, homebuilders, institutional investors, faith-based organizations, workforce housing operators, and government entities. You will be a key revenue driver as BOXABL scales from early commercial traction to hundreds of units per transaction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise-level sales with real estate developers, multifamily operators, housing authorities, and institutional buyers across the U.S.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline management to contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and manage a structured dealbook of target accounts with a focus on multi-unit purchase agreements (50+ units).
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations to structure deals, including phased delivery schedules, deposit terms, and financing/bonding solutions.
  • Represent BOXABL at industry conferences, trade shows, and developer events to generate qualified leads and build strategic relationships.
  • Partner with marketing to develop B2B sales collateral, case studies, and ROI modeling tools for enterprise buyers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly pipeline metrics to senior leadership.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor positioning, buyer objections, and regional demand signals.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product teams to shape commercial terms and go-to-market strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of closing high-value deals ($500K+ ACV or multi-unit/project-based).
  • Background in one or more of: manufactured/modular housing, real estate development, or construction products.
  • Comfort navigating long enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring complex commercial agreements.
  • Self-starter mentality, you build your own pipeline and own your number.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present credibly to C-suite, developers, and procurement teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar) and disciplined pipeline management.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network in real estate development, homebuilding, or workforce/affordable housing.
  • Familiarity with construction financing.
  • Experience selling to government agencies or institutional housing programs (HUD, FEMA, workforce housing initiatives).
  • Understanding of public company disclosure requirements and IR-sensitive communication protocols.
