You will be their guide in life, teaching how to become a better person! We are recruiting for a caring Youth Support Worker to work in a group home setting for adolescent girls who have either been abused, neglected, or have their own legal issues. Pay is $15/hr. Full-time hours available 3p - 11p.

Youth Support Worker Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement the group home’s program policies and procedures
• Redirection of the adolescent girls
• Supervise all activities, meal preparation, group dining activities, chore routines, sleeping, and recreational activities
• Complete thorough documentation on the girls
• Participate in all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions

Youth Support Worker Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate healthy boundaries, sound judgment, and positive relationships
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and decent driving record
• Willingness to obtain First Aid & CPR certifications
• Must be at least 21 yrs of age
• Ability to pass health screen, extensive criminal background check, and drug test
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds
