Job Title: Enterprise Architect with VitalSight
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL.(Remote work)
Duration: Long Term C2C / W2 with Client

Timeline Requirements: Start working 100% with us from July 1st, 2022.

Travel Requirements: Some travel required.

Responsibilities
  • The EA will act as a chief architect of Client Healthcare's VitalSight Remote Patient Monitoring platform and will design the architecture.
  • Based on the business requirements our Business team consolidates and documents;
  • Design the architecture so the platform can accommodate up to 10,000 medical facilities and 1 million patients without any particular operations, losing system performance, adding operators and maintenance staff. (Scalability)
  • Design the architecture so the agile teams can add new features onto the platform easily without changing the architecture. (Expandability)
  • Design the architecture so all the features can be enabled and disabled, and configurable by settings without changing source code. (Configurability)
  • Design the architecture so the platform can be intuitively operated with small number of steps by administrators, doctors, medical facility staff, patient coordinators, patients and other operators. (Efficiency)
  • Design the architecture so the platform is compliant with ISO27001, HIPAA and HITRUST. (Security)
  • Perform effective and efficient communication and collaborate with the Business team and clarify their requirements if those are high level to design the architecture.
  • Perform effective and efficient communication and collaborate with our senior architects, analysts, and engineers to understand the architecture and design of the existing platform, as well as our agile development processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a rich knowledge on AWS, Node.js, EMR, HL7, etc.
  • Manage the timeline of designing the architecture, so as to meet our development roadmap.
  • Organize the design process of the architecture, for instance, plan the process and resources, conduct research and survey, conduct reviews, set up meetings, etc.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise architect role for EMR/PM platforms
  • 6+ years of clinical healthcare background
  • 6+ years of experience with data infrastructure or data analytics platforms
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architectures, databases, AWS, Node.js, EMR, HL7, ISO27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, etc
  • Create, maintain, and communicate architecture roadmaps; perform and document change management
  • Strong analytical, product ownership and data-driven thinking with impressive problem solving skills
  • Track record of strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Superior leadership and change management skills to drive change and innovation
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with a cross functional business audience from staff to executive audiences
  • Communicate technical issues in a non-technical manner to a diverse audience
  • Ability to handle large / complex projects
  • Driven to meet deadlines and deliver results while juggling many priorities and under tight timeframes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity as this role will evolve based on strategy and project priorities.
