Job description

Base pay range $42.30/hr - $47.30/hr This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend or turn into a FTE opportunity working 4 days a week onsite starting ASAP. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. Ideal Candidate: will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience as well as proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our client's Sportswear team, supporting the creation of graphics for t-shirts, apparel, and footwear. This role focuses on the visual appearance of products and related materials, working closely with Graphic Designers to translate creative concepts into detailed production‐ready schematics that will be sent to factories for manufacturing. Responsibilities Assists with ideation, concept development, and branding. Leads team projects and works independently to complete individual projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, the development of print, packaging, 3‐D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials. Effectively uses computerized systems in design process – Adobe Creative Suite. Project Management – Works with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution. Manages individual projects beginning with internal briefings, managing timelines, and scheduling work‐back schedules, budget management, supplier coordination, reviewing specs, recommending production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards. Cost Control – Manages both individual projects as well as groups of projects to stay within stated budgets. Communicates project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience. If no bachelor's, looking for 7‐8 years of experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Suite. Experience working in screen print is also nice to have but not required. CLO 3D fashion design software is nice to have. Efficient on Mac laptop and Microsoft Office. Strong communications, working with Graphic designers and factory partners. Passion for Sportswear and streetwear is required.
