Job description

Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH) is a holding company of three operating companies in the hydraulic and fluid power industry:

  • Hydraquip — distributor of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Gulf Controls Company (GCC) — distributor of fluid power and motion control solutions
  • Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) — manufacturer serving government and defense customers

Together we serve industrial, mobile, and government markets across the Gulf Coast region and beyond. We're 100% employee-owned, meaning every team member has a direct stake in the company's success.

We're meeting students at Career Fairs to talk about summer internship opportunities and full-time opportunities starting after graduation (or sooner, if your schedule allows). Entry-level openings range from Sales Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, and much more with some technical/engineering-track positions depending on degree.

This posting is a starting point — after you apply, we'll follow up to match you to a specific role and location that fits your background.

What You'd Be Doing

Depending on placement, responsibilities may include:

  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their technical and business needs
  • Recommending hydraulic, electrical, or fluid power solutions and configurations
  • Supporting quoting, order processing, and technical troubleshooting
  • Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales teams
  • Learning our product lines and industry hands-on, with structured onboarding and mentorship (EOHI Mentor Program)

Requirements

For Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) positions specifically: U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract work
