What You'll Do
As office staff, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring the accuracy and quality of field work.
Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound quality assurance calls to verify completed work.
  • Review and completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Document findings and communicate quality concerns to management.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain spreadsheets and electronic records.
  • Enter data accurately into databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist with scheduling staff.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
