SUMMARY:
This role is part of the Digital Marketing department at Nintendo of America (NOA), supporting Switch News marketing efforts on device for Switch/Switch 2. Manages the creative production and approval processes for various Switch News marketing campaigns from project plan confirmation to file hand off. This is a 6-month contract position.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Drive the execution of one-off and automated, targeted and personalized Switch News content to engage Nintendo customers beyond purchase.
  • Execute creative updates based on feedback from business stakeholders
  • Author creative briefs that lay out direction for designers, copywriters and vendors about the key campaign message & strategies created by Switch News team.
  • Shephard projects, including requests to send surveys, through multiple rounds of creative approvals and reviews by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review accuracy of customer-facing details in content Switch News marketing articles.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure execution of campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing procedures on campaigns as directed by Switch News team.
  • Contributes to monthly recaps and relays the output, recommendations and results to supervisor and management.
  • Work extensively with Digital Marketing peers to ensure that the development of campaigns and targeting specs within the CMS tool are built to campaign specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sets of campaign documentation repositories.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with COPPA, ESRB, and SPAM regulations at time of deployment.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with an unparalleled attention to detail
  • Passion for video games or Nintendo a plus.
  • Self-motivated individual with reliable means of staying organized and on schedule.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to effectively work cross-functionally with strong verbal and written communication skills; experience working with external vendors preferred.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) required.
  • Experience with A/B testing or content QA a plus
  • Experience with email marketing/push notification CRM a plus
  • Experience with marketing project management and ticketing tools such as Wrike or Opal a plus
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This contract position includes the base pay range listed below and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits include eligibility for medical insurance, employee assistance program, and paid sick leave. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency, and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.
