Job description

The Work:

Support the service delivery and product teams in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet business and client objectives. This role executes demandmanagement processes, provides training on standard projectmanagement practices, facilitates project governance and reporting, and develops analytical models to improve decisionmaking. Additionally, the role serves as a certified agile coach to help teams plan and execute projects across the portfolio. Standard (nonelevated) federal network access is required.

This person will serve as a connection point between the delivery team and broader project management team - being able to "translate" PMO requirements and processes to delivery focused resources is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of resources, project plans, and budget allocations across service delivery and product teams
  • Execute demandmanagement processes to ensure proper intake, prioritization, and tracking of work
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, and decisionmaking workflows
  • Create datadriven models and dashboards to improve forecasting, resourcing, and business decision processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to align project activities with business goals and client expectations
  • Work closely with our finance team to accurately report and adjust complex financial forecasts for multiple sub-teams in a highly visible environment
  • Support compliance with federal project documentation and reporting requirements

Here's What You Need:

  • Familiarity with government contracting, particularly understanding the structure of a government contract (contract line items, deliverables, etc.)
  • Experience providing project management operations support within a delivery-focused environment
  • Needs to understand PMO process timelines as well as business implications (as related to government contracting) throughout all aspects of project finances
  • Understanding of demand management, resource planning, and budget tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret project data
  • Effective communication and stakeholdermanagement skills

Bonus Points If:

  • Certified Agile Coach or similar agile certification
  • Skills in Program/Project Management

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen - dual citizenship accepted
