Director of Contract Project Management

If so, then you don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to join a national, growing supplier of commercial kitchen equipment. We are currently seeking a Director of Contract & Design to lead and support a team of Project Managers, Coordinators and Warehouse associates in Suwanee, GA and Southeast.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full P&L responsibility, sales plan development, forecasting, budget and new business development to ensure profitable growth.  Collaborate with other leaders and internal support teams to support overall company objectives.
  • Lead and support team of Project Managers and Coordinators by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Ongoing evaluation of proper utilization of time among the Project Managers and Coordinators 
  • Manage SE Distribution Center
  • Set goals and expectations with team and provide ongoing feedback, coaching and counseling; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Provide support to team to ensure best practices and consistent processes are being utilized.
  • Act as the central point of contact for information sharing amongst team while supporting corporate goals and objectives.
  • Must be adept at troubleshooting, problem solving, and performing root cause analysis to deploy appropriate solutions and action plans.
  • Must be a transformative leader who is accountable and action oriented.
  • Driven sales leader with proven background in reaching and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
  • Performs other challenging duties as assigned.
  • Travel required.
