Job description

Full Stack .NET Technical Lead
We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. This role requires a technical leader with expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Angular/React, Azure, and AWS, combined with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

In this role, you will:
    • Strong experience building enterprise applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#
    • Hands-on expertise with modern frontend technologies, including Angular and/or React.
    • Solid experience working with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
    • Experience designing and delivering solutions on Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
    • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, drive projects from concept to deployment, and mentor development teams.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently interact with business and technology leaders.
    • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams, including offshore delivery models.
    • Understanding of software architecture, API design, and modern application development best practices.
    • Ability to balance both technical execution and functional/business requirements while ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Required Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience in software development with C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and enterprise application development.

    • Experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions using Azure and/or AWS.
    • Proven experience leading development teams and delivering large-scale technology initiatives.

    • Ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $117,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
