Description:
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Fuel Sales Manager is responsible for fuel sales to commercial customers. This includes generating leads, developing and maintaining a customer pipeline, presenting company offerings to current and potential customers, and servicing existing customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develop sales plans and strategies that ensure the attainment of company fuel sales goals
• Negotiate with customers and potential customers
• Plan work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
• Establish and maintain personal and professional networks
• Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft skills including Excel
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including oral and written communications
• Familiarity with retail fuel sales as well as company products and offerings
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel through the company store network
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Estimated annual salary: $61,000-$100,000 (Base plus Commissions)
