Job description

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Administrator to manage daily front office operations and provide administrative support. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and vendors, requiring excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
