Las Vegas, NV / Full-time / On-site (hybrid flexibility)Contract Specialist / Contract Administration and Documentation SpecialistGlobal C2 Integration Technologies, LLC (GC2IT) is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support a major international Department of Defense/Department of War program and GC2IT's portfolio of government and commercial contracts. This position manages contract and subcontract administration, documentation, records, and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Department of Defense/Department of War contracting, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and requirements applicable to federal prime contractors and subcontractors. A paralegal, legal, or contract administration background is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister the Jordan C3i System Modernization contract and other GC2IT government and commercial contracts.Draft, issue, and maintain subcontracts, consulting and nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, purchase terms, task authorizations, modifications, and related documents.Develop subcontract terms and conditions, including applicable FAR, DFARS, agency-specific, cybersecurity, export-control, and prime-contract flow downs.Review solicitations, contracts, task orders, statements of work, and modifications to identify requirements, risks, obligations, deliverables, and required actions.Track funding, periods of performance, options, changes, deliverables, correspondence, approvals, and contractual commitments.Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable contract and subcontract files in accordance with company and government requirements.Manage CDRLs, data item descriptions, technical documentation, acceptance records, delivery schedules, EULAs, software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, certificates, and related records.Coordinate the preparation, review, approval, submission, and disposition of contractual deliverables.Monitor subcontractor performance, funding, deliverables, invoicing, reporting obligations, and compliance.Advise program management, engineering, finance, purchasing, logistics, security, and quality personnel on contractual interpretation and compliance.Support proposals by reviewing solicitations and terms, preparing compliance matrices, identifying required representations and certifications, and advising management of contractual risks.Support negotiations, contract changes, requests for equitable adjustment, claims documentation, and issue resolution.Monitor compliance with FAR, DFARS, export-control, cybersecurity, records-retention, government-property, and other contractual requirements.Coordinate contract actions with customers, subcontractors, vendors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.Support contract and subcontract closeout, including final deliverables, records disposition, warranty documentation, and releases of claims.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, contract management, acquisition, legal studies, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.Five or more years of federal contract and subcontract administration experience, preferably in a Department of Defense environment.Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, government contract terms and conditions, and subcontract flow down requirements.Experience drafting and administering subcontracts, modifications, nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and related contractual documents.Experience maintaining contract files, deliverable and CDRL records, warranties, software licenses, EULAs, and related program documentation.Ability to analyze complex contractual documents, identify risks and obligations, and communicate requirements clearly to technical and business personnel.Strong organizational, analytical, writing, negotiation, and records-management skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation under deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic contract or document-management systems.U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance.Preferred QualificationsParalegal certificate, Juris Doctor, legal studies degree, or experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government contracts organization.Experience supporting international DoD security cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, Building Partner Capacity, or overseas defense programs.Experience with Costpoint, WAWF, PIEE, SAM.gov, or other federal contracting systems.Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, controlled unclassified information, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.Experience supporting engineering, logistics, software, technical services, or systems-integration contracts.NCMA certification, such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM.This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of independently managing contractual requirements while collaborating with program leadership and corporate functions.
