Millennium Print Group is seeking an elite CNC Machinist to lead precision manufacturing operations. We need a technical powerhouse who combines advanced CNC programming and operation with expert manual machining capabilities—someone who can design in CAD, program complex toolpaths, and machine mission-critical components to aerospace-grade tolerances. If you're a machining professional who thrives on technical challenges and takes pride in producing flawless parts that support products enjoyed by collectors worldwide, this is your opportunity.

  • Design tooling fixtures and part models in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)
  • Generate and optimize CAM toolpaths for complex multi-axis machining operations
  • Perform CNC machine setup including work offsets, tool offsets, and fixture alignment
  • Edit programs at the machine for on-the-fly optimization and troubleshooting

Precision Manufacturing

  • Independently execute both CNC and manual machining projects from engineering drawings to finished parts
  • Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D CAD models with advanced GD&T callouts
  • Select optimal tooling, cutting strategies, speeds, and feeds for various materials and applications
  • Operate manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, drill presses, and precision measuring equipment
  • Calculate tapers, compound angles, tolerances, and coordinate geometry for tight-tolerance work
  • Perform first-article inspections using CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Troubleshoot machining challenges and implement process improvements
  • Fabricate custom tooling, fixtures, and jigs as needed
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or equivalent)—REQUIRED
  • Expert-level blueprint reading with strong GD&T interpretation skills
  • Proven CNC programming experience (conversational programming and/or G-code)
  • Advanced manual machining skills on mills, lathes, and grinders
  • Deep understanding of machining aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, and engineering plastics
  • Strong shop math, trigonometry, and technical problem-solving abilities
