Job description

Position Summary:
The Software Developer role is integral to the success of Euna Grants as a key member of the software development team. The developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python and React technologies, working across both the front-end and back-end to ensure seamless integration of application components. Our development roles collaborate closely with product and sales teams, contributing to software design, architecture, implementation, and testing across multiple product offerings within the Euna Grants suite. Our team applies Agile principles based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implementation, and testing of software applications
  • Operate within the AI agentic workflows and tooling built by your product line's engineers and governed by the central AI Team
  • Support and troubleshoot existing software in production
  • Present new code design and implementation patterns, as well as potential enhancements to the existing codebase to peers for review as part of our overall code quality process
  • Demo newly developed features to relevant stakeholders
  • Mentor junior developers to help increase level of understanding and ability in related technologies and methodologies
  • Operate, improve, and coordinate in an AI agentic workflow and AI tooling across the team and organization.
  • Contribute to technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years implementing AI/ML solutions in business environments
  • 3+ years of .NET experience with a focus in web development
  • 3+ years professional experience with ASP.NET MVC Framework and / or implementing and supporting RESTful API / WebAPI in ASP.NET C#

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:
  • Displays a strong understanding of full stack development
  • 1+ years professional experience supporting one or more SaaS products in a production environment
  • Experience with front-end web development including HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, Knockout, TypeScript, and React
  • 2+ years implementing AI/ML agentic solutions in business environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously.

Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
