Location: Stone Mountain, GA (Must be flexible to report to multiple locations throughout the Georgia area)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Overtime on Fridays and as needed for weather-related makeup days

Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites while ensuring safe, efficient operation and maintenance of equipment. This is a customer-facing role that involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, inspecting valves, servicing hydrants, and supporting field operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field service work at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Inspect valves and service hydrants.
  • Identify and resolve equipment and safety issues.
  • Interact directly with customers and provide technical support.
  • Maintain company equipment and vehicles.
  • Complete required documentation and service reports.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Travel to multiple customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of technical or field service experience.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and smart device proficiency.
  • Ability to obtain:
  • TWIC Card
  • CDL Class A or B (with applicable endorsements)
  • Must be able to pass a credit check.
