We are seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our dynamic Habitat Care Design team. Habitat Care is P&G's newest category and business, bringing together innovative brands that help consumers care for the spaces they call home. Built from the success of ventures such as Zevo (Pest Prevention) and Spruce (Outdoor Care), Habitat Care is expanding P&G's portfolio into entirely new categories focused on safe, effective solutions for families and pets. As part of Fabric, Home & Habitat Care, Habitat Care combines the scale, capabilities, and resources of P&G with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup to create, launch, and grow breakthrough brands that solve unmet consumer needs.

In this role, you will serve as a hands-on Industrial Designer focusing on innovation and product development, including electronic devices, fluid delivery systems, and packaging.At P&G, Design is a critical part of the diverse team, usingour creative superpowers to solve business challenges, envision possibilities & bring them to life with impeccable craft, going beyond the expected to surprise & delight consumers. Understanding Design Fundamentals and having strong collaboration skills will be essential, as you will interact with other designers and multidisciplinary teams to create winning design solutions.

What You Will Do:

Human Centered Design:

  • Transform consumer insights, market opportunities, business objectives, and emerging trends into actionable design strategies and breakthrough product experiences.
  • Lead design workstreams and influence multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver superior consumer solutions.
  • Partner effectively with internal teams and external design partners to explore, develop, and refine innovation opportunities.
  • Apply deep consumer understanding to create products and experiences that address unmet needs while driving business growth.

Integrated Design Strategy + Execution:

  • Mastery level industrial design skills such as sketching, CAD, rendering
  • Ability to move seamlessly from concept CAD prototype

Agile and Rapid Prototyping:

  • Lead hands-on design exploration and prototyping activities using methods such as 3D printing, fabrication, model making, and rapid iteration.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Product Supply, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to develop and refine functional prototypes.
  • Utilize rapid experimentation and learning cycles to accelerate innovation and reduce development risk.
  • Translate concepts into manufacturable solutions while maintaining a superior consumer experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Designor similar field.

  • 3+yearsof full-time industrial design work experience.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates Industrial Design Mastery:Technical proficiency, creative excellence, design thinking, storytelling, problem solving, rapid iteration, aesthetics, form development, ergonomics. Depth of understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Teamwork & Communication:Has excellent collaboration skills and leadership, and for your ability to work effectively with partners across different functions and levels, including senior leadership. Forms and communicates a clear strategic design vision.
  • Innovation Mindset: Generates new and better ways to get results; Drives improvements systemically to enable repeatable excellence.Utilizes AI-enabled tools to create compelling ideas, prototypes, and quick design iterations, enhancing ideation speed and creativity.
  • Learning Agility: Demonstrates curiosity and resilience.Learns from success and failures and open to feedback and coaching.
  • Strong Project and Time Management Skills: Experience leading multiple high complexity projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-through.

    • Sketching
    • CAD modeling- parametric solids, surfacing, advanced patterning (Solidworks, Fusion, Rhino)
