CVR has offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, New York, and Milwaukee, to name a few.CVR is seeking an HCV Reporting Analyst to provide strategic and tactical analytical support to Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program operations. This position is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting operational data from multiple business systems to support executive decision-making, improving program performance, ensure contractual compliance, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.The Reporting Analyst serves as a strategic partner to leadership by developing dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and performance reports that provide meaningful insight into program operations. The position collaborates across all HCV departments to establish standardized reporting, improve data integrity, and support organizational initiatives through data-driven recommendations.ESSENTIAL DUTIESDevelop, maintain, and distribute recurring operational, compliance, and executive reports.Design dashboards and scorecards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), production metrics, compliance activities, and service level agreements.Analyze operational and compliance data to identify trends, deficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and the client.Produce visualizations and executive summaries that communicate complex operational and compliance information.Research reporting discrepancies and collaborate with department leadership to resolve data inconsistencies.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting data from Yardi, Salesforce/Case Manager, CVR Tracker, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting platforms.Develop automated reporting processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Maintain reporting procedures, metric definitions, and documentation.Support audits, quality assurance reviews, management reviews, and contractual reporting requirements.Monitor property owner compliance with Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), HUD, CHA, HQS, HAP Contract, and Owner Program requirements.Review owner performance data to identify compliance concerns, trends, and program violations.Generate compliance, enforcement, suspension, and training reports for management review.Maintain the Owner Do Not Lease List and suspension tracking databases.Review owner eligibility for suspension, reinstatement, and continued program participation.Investigate owner violations including unauthorized rent increases, lease violations, side payments, fraud referrals, failure to report required information, and other prohibited activities.Review Building Code Scofflaw Lists, HUD Debarment Lists, City of Chicago Problem Landlord Lists, and other applicable compliance resources.Prepare recommendations and supporting documentation for enforcement actions.Process requests for removal from suspension status after verifying corrective actions have been completed.Coordinate owner appeals and dispute resolution processes, including scheduling meetings, reviewing documentation, and preparing determination letters.Notify owners of enforcement actions, suspensions, reinstatements, training requirements, and eligibility determinations.Maintain complete and accurate enforcement records in Yardi and other applicable systems.Perform other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and complex formulas.Experience in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.Strong understanding of data validation and quality assurance practices.Ability to interpret operational data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Knowledge of affordable housing programs, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), PBV, or property management operations is preferred.Knowledge of the federal Housing Choice Voucher Program including HQS requirements.Knowledge of the rules and guidelines issued by federal and state agencies concerning the management of property (i.e., Landlord Tenant Laws, City codes, etc.)Knowledge of current office technology and software application (s), and demonstrated use of such technology/applications on a regular basis.Specifying and analyzing business goals/requirements, functional requirements, system interface requirements, reporting requirements, data requirements, non-functional requirements and business rules.Knowledge of computer hardware and software and ability to learn about new softwareAbility to work under critical time deadlines and interact with all levels of personnelCVR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
