JOB SUMMARY: 

The Reporting Analyst will assist in creating, maintaining, and distributing key business reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work with data sets to produce insightful, actionable reports. Frequent interaction is required with internal analysts, project leads, business leaders, as well as other internal and external stakeholders including validation of information provided. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with basic technical skills and an eagerness to further develop expertise in reporting and business intelligence tools.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, internships, or relevant coursework.
  • Familiarity with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and basic SQL queries.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization techniques and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases and the ability to handle large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and reporting tools.
  • A highly qualified candidate would be familiar with Power BI or other business intelligence software.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who provide sample data visualizations.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information with the ability to translate business goals into actionable BI use cases.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
