Position: Blockchain Developer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: New York, NY / Jersey City, NJ


We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with a strong background in enterprise software engineering and Web3 technologies.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Web3/blockchain development
  • Strong expertise in Solidity, smart contract development, and Ethereum ecosystem
  • Experience with Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js
  • Proficiency with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Web3J, or Viem
  • Knowledge of ERC token standards, blockchain security, wallets, and transaction lifecycle
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hyperledger Besu, Corda, or other permissioned blockchain platforms
  • Exposure to Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain protocols
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience
  • Agile/Scrum development experience
