Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Identity Intelligence Exploitation Cell (I2EC) Linguistic Analyst to support a federal government client.

Sr. Identity Intelligence Exploitation Cell (I2EC) Linguistic Analyst
Description:
  • Perform all-source intelligence analysis, including producing reports based on identity intelligence submissions and writing intelligence information reports (AMHS Messages / IIRs).
  • Provide Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) for the i2 related modalities within biometrics, forensics, and Document & Media Exploitation (DOMEX) for global SOF.
  • Provide analytical input, during future requirements development, testing, evaluation, and training events for new biometric sensors, forensics, CELLEX, DOMEX and SOFEX web applications / architectures or processes.
  • Ensure production dissemination to appropriate i2 related data repositories, both current and future, for example the Department of Defense (DoD) Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS).
  • Conduct briefings and prepare White / Information Papers.
  • Provide nominations and support for the management of watchlists and watchlist type products including the Biometrics Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) and the Digital Media Enabled Watchlist (DMEWL) for theater specific and comprehensive lists which provide a method for operationalizing the output of biometrics and forensics intelligence.
  • Provide nominations to the DoD BEWL for persons of interest in accordance with all applicable SOPs.
  • Manage DoD BEWL nominations with the current theater BEWL in accordance with all applicable SOPs.
  • Coordinate with other theater elements and CONUS SOCOM reach-back Biometric Enabled Intelligence/Forensic Enabled Intelligence/Document and Media Exploitation Enabled Intelligence (BEI/FEI/DEI) capabilities to provide support to theater i2 requirements.
  • Use the SOCOM IT architecture to accomplish PED mission support.
  • Employ basic Boolean Logic effectively with some errors.
  • Mentors Junior-Level analysts reinforcing government program of instruction (POI) /training.
  • Performs document and product reviews, quality control and conducts corrective actions.
  • Provide all necessary quantifiable i2 production statistics for the Management Monthly Status Report (MMSR) and any future requirements gathering and process development.
  • Provide Special Operations Forces Exploitation- Training & Exercise Application SOFEX-TEA i2 notional products to support training PED requirements.
  • Provide i2 temporary embedded PED support to deployed military units in accordance with guidance from the SOCOM Intelligence Community (IC) and theater i2 senior leadership both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Provide i2 analysis and/or BEWL management training to military personnel.
  • Provide continuous professional development on new/emerging biometrics intelligence processes which supports worldwide operations, National and Combatant Command (COCOM) intelligence priorities, and other applicable intelligence topics.
  • Develop and maintain i2 Fusion Analysis SOP and execute a Program of Instruction (POI) for i2 Analysis training IAW current guidelines for i2 Pre-Mission Training (PMT) provided by the USSOCOM i2EC. POI available upon task order award (SOW Attachment 4).
  • Provides contractor training when required to enhance performance.
  • Recommend SOCOM IT architecture enhancements to accomplish PED & automated software translation mission.
  • Vet and release products from all analysts.
  • Provide linguistic analytical & translation support (Arabic).

Job Requirements
Required experience:
  • 3- years of all source intelligence analysis experience with military analytical tools and a thorough knowledge of SOF i2 operations, intelligence and interagency processes and procedures includes but is not limited to:
  • 6- months experience collecting, reviewing, analyzing, exploiting, fusing, authoring, and disseminating digital multimedia and hardcopy products.
  • 6- months i2 experience preparing Biometrics Enabled Intelligence (BEI), Forensic Enable Intelligence (FEI), & DOMEX Enabled Intelligence (DEI).
  • 3- months experience using Special Operations Forces Exploitation architecture (SOFEX), SOF i2 case management (analysis of DOMEX, CELLEX collections), SOF products disseminated to Global SOF forces, Biometrics Identity Intelligence Resource (Bi2R), Biometrics Identification Analysis Report (BIAR) and Biometrics Enabled Watch List (BEWL).
  • 3-years linguistic analysis / translation experience (Arabic).

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

  • HQ SOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL.
