Job Description: This role supports two parallel workstreams within the client's global English-language automation programs, requiring a detail-oriented contractor with a background in copywriting and customer service to deliver structured feedback and process improvements. Job Summary •Conduct in-depth reviews of email inbox content and automated response drafts to assess quality across a broad range of customer scenarios. •Provide structured, documented feedback to support the client's readiness for full inbox automation. •Manage daily inbox maintenance and replies until the automation feedback loop is complete. •Support messaging updates aligned with upcoming product changes by reviewing and implementing required content revisions. •Review approximately six months of sales feedback form submissions to identify recurring category themes. •Implement automated replies for form submissions that require no manual response. •Build out assignment logic and structured feedback dropdowns to route submissions to the correct owners by language, theme, urgency, and sending medium. Minimum Requirements: •Copywriting experience with the ability to assess and provide structured written feedback. •Customer service background with familiarity handling a range of customer inquiry types. •Proficiency in Google Sheets for documentation and tracking. •Experience working in Asana for project and workflow management.
