Join us as an Operations Training Specialist and make a meaningful impact developing and delivering training programs across our organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and promoting a positive culture by designing and implementing effective learning solutions. Working closely with subject matter experts and business partners, you'll conduct learning needs analyses, develop curricula, and deliver training across multiple modalities to support business objectives and maintain compliance standards.
Your work will include creating innovative training materials using various formats (eLearning, videos, simulations, workshops), managing training documentation and schedules, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously improving programs to enhance learning outcomes. You'll collaborate across functions to ensure training meets quality standards while supporting operational excellence, process improvements, and knowledge retention.
A Day in the Life:
Develop and deliver training programs that support operational excellence, compliance requirements, and business objectives across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Conduct learning needs analysis with business partners and subject matter experts
  • Design curricula and learning paths for diverse audiences
  • Create engaging training content including eLearning, instructor-led materials, videos, simulations, and workshops
  • Coordinate training schedules, documentation, and records
  • Deliver training sessions across multiple modalities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Support compliance, quality, and regulatory training requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive knowledge retention and process improvement

Keys to Success:
Education
  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in training/learning & development, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Education, Instructional Design, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related fields

Knowledge/Skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience creating engaging training content across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, video, etc.)
  • Experience measuring and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Knowledge of cGMP/regulatory requirements and quality systems preferred
  • Experience with learning technologies like Articulate, Captivate, or similar tools preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
  • Up to 50% travel may be required for some positions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
