Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer Cisco Unified Communications platforms including CUCM and Unity Connection.
  • Perform voice user administration, moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACDs).
  • Provision phones, users, hunt groups, and voicemail services within established SLAs.
  • Maintain 99.9% availability of Cisco UC applications and supporting network infrastructure.
  • Monitor system health, capacity, licensing, and trunk utilization.
  • Manage Cisco TAC cases and provide root cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • Maintain STIG compliance and remediate vulnerability findings.
  • Manage SSL/TLS certificates and prevent service outages due to expiration.
  • Administer voice gateways, dial plans, route patterns, translation patterns, and call routing services.
  • Support PBX-to-VoIP migration projects and phased cutovers.
  • Maintain documentation, Visio diagrams, asset inventories, and SOPs.
  • Provide network operations support for switches, F5 load balancers, and Infoblox services.

Education and Licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in lieu of education: A combination of 10 or more years of relevant education, training, and/or professional experience may be considered in place of the degree requirement.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
  • Experience supporting enterprise network and voice infrastructures. (required)
  • Must possess an active DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance or DOE Q Clearance, or have previously held one and be eligible for reinstatement. (required)
  • Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required)
  • Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (required)
  • Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (required)

  • This position is onsite and requires full-time attendance in Amarillo, TX.
