What to Expect:

  • Up to $23.25 per hour

    Number includes base pay of $16.00 per hour plus an additional average tip of $7.25 per hour. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2025 reporting.

  • Fast-paced, high-energy work. You’ll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge!

  • Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone’s back, and get the job done—together.

  • Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine—we’ve got Dutch gear to help!

  • Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!).

  • Reliability. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.

  • Training & Development. We’ll set you up for success with hands-on training and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

Up to $23.25 per hour
