The Role

Join Switch's professional, in-house Security team protecting one of the most advanced data center environments in the world.

This is a full-time corporate security positionnot contract security. You'll work in a highly controlled, mission-critical environment where your professionalism, situational awareness, and sound judgment help protect people, property, and the digital infrastructure that powers businesses around the globe.

Success in this role requires balancing strong security practices with exceptional customer service. You'll regularly interact with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors while maintaining a secure, professional, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct proactive patrols throughout a high-security, mission-critical environment to detect and deter potential threats

  • Monitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, and security alarms while identifying and responding to unusual activity

  • Control and verify access to secure areas in accordance with established security procedures

  • Provide professional customer service while assisting employees, customers, vendors, and visitors

  • Respond to security and safety incidents, assess risk, and coordinate with internal teams and emergency responders
