Dot Net Fullstack Tech Lead
Location: Tampa, FL - Onsite
Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dot Net Fullstack Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, overseeing both front-end and back-end development, ensuring high-quality code and seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full software development lifecycle - requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design patterns, and architecture.
  • Develop scalable and maintainable web applications using Microsoft .NET framework technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both client-side and server-side components.
  • Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality and performance standards.
  • Manage application deployment, version control, and release processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of fullstack development experience, with at least 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC.
  • Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation.
  • Strong grasp of software design principles, architecture, and cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or AWS DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
