Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Location: 100% Onsite - Chicago, IL
Type: Long Term Contract - W2/C2C
Required overall IT Experience: 12+ Years
Required Skills:
  • 12+ years of total IT experience with 8-10+ years in Salesforce development.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are a plus.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations with third-party platforms (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support post-deployment.
